The hotel really needs improved soundproofing!!! Dated decor and cleanliness issues are hard to overlook!!! The lack of accessible dining options felt quite inconvenient as well!!! Troublesome temperature control kept us too hot!!!

It was just a perfect match for a flash stay in Gravesend with great value. The complimentary drink was a nice touch after a mishap with our meal.

We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace with lake views every afternoon. The breakfast staff provided warm, friendly service. Don’t miss the nearby woodland walks perfect for dog lovers! Just be sure to check the restaurant availability beforehand, as it can get busy with events.

really enjoyed our stay at inn on the lake. the view from our room was absolutely stunning and it felt so peaceful. the reception staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. breakfast had a great selection and was really well cooked. rooms were clean and comfy, had everything we needed.

but the bed was kinda small for a double and the walls were thin, could hear the couple next door a bit too well. also, a window didn't open fully, hope they fix that.

Staying here was a nice surprise, especially with the beautiful lake views and the relaxing garden area. I even enjoyed unwinding in the leisure room after a long drive. One thing to note is that the room decor felt a bit dated, but overall it didn't lessen the charm of the stay at all! 🌅

The experience featured stunning lake views from the room and exceptionally friendly service from the staff, who were always polite and professional. the overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with dirty bedding and unkempt bathrooms, along with visible neglect in room maintenance such as stains and unvacuumed carpets. Breakfast was underwhelming, marked by poor quality ingredients and a lack of attentiveness in service.

So, the vibe here was just off. Food options felt like school cafeteria stuff and not relaxing at all. The mattress was ancient, I woke up sore. The only good thing was the outdoor bar area, which was nice, but you can't chill by the lake coz it’s locked off. Definitely not coming back.
